Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Yonder ("the app"), a long-range ballistics training simulator published by Yonder Software LLC ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these terms.
Yonder is for training, practice, and entertainment only. It is a simulation. It is not a firing solution and must not be relied upon for live fire or any real-world shooting decision. Outputs (ranges, holds, dope, wind calls) are illustrative. Real-world ballistics depend on your specific firearm, ammunition, optic, zero, environment, and many factors the app cannot know. Always confirm real data against your own equipment, verified field results, and a qualified source, and follow all applicable laws and firearm-safety rules.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law or the App Store terms.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the app is error-free or suitable for any real-world shooting application.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yonder Software LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any property damage, injury, or loss, arising from your use of — or reliance on — the app. You assume all risk for any real-world activity. This includes, without limitation, any decision made in reliance on simulated ballistic outputs.
Conduct
Use the app lawfully. In networked multiplayer, do not use a display name that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing.
Purchases
Any in-app purchases or subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple under the App Store terms; pricing, renewal, and refunds are governed by Apple. Where a subscription auto-renews, the specific renewal and cancellation terms are shown at the point of purchase.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
